With so many people addicted to cigarettes, just as I was, the goal is quitting. But some wonder whether e-cigarettes are a legitimately healthier alternative. I find that utterly ridiculous! I smoked way, way to much. I’m talking about chain smoking. I always had a cigarette other than when sleeping. There’s little question the body begins to repair itself almost immediately after a person quits smoking. Scientists say in as little as a month the lungs are already cleaning out gunky residue so you can breathe easier. That attracted me.
So when I began experiencing shortness of breath, lack of stamina and a frightening hacking cough, I looked to pack it in. I considered cutting down at first to maybe one an hour, but failed. I thought of nicotine patches, but due to the price, decided against it. Finally I came across a site selling and discussing e-cigarettes.
I wondered whether they would give me that same back of the throat hit that a cigarette gave me. You know the feeling? The one where the top of the chest goes all tingly. So christmas day 2013 at around noon, I tried an ecig that my brother brought over.
I was utterly amazed. It gave me the exact same hit as smoking tobacco!!
That was the last day I ever smoked a cigarette. There was no point. Ecigarettes were a better hit for me and at a fraction of the price.
Now. Due to a chronic lack of data, scientists are unsure whether vaping e-cigarettes is bad for you or not. All I can say is that having not smoked tobacco for more than 2 years, but replacing them with an e-cigarette, I feel a hundred times better. I seldom get out of breath. I have a lot more stamina now than before. I’m also a lot wealthier than before.
If you’re a current smoker. Pack it right now and try a e-cigarette
